A Rechargeable Phone card is a Phone Card which you can add credit onto after purchase. This means that when you have made calls and the credit is low you can add credit onto your existing pin number instead of having to buy a new phone card.
Select auto top up when you buy your rechargeable phone card so that you will never run out of credit again, even during a phone call. During the purchase you will select what value you want your auto top up to be (£10, £15 or £20). When the credit on your pin runs low, the pin will be topped up by the amount you have agreed. Auto Top Up can only be agreed at the time of the purchase of the Rechargeable Phone Card. If you buy a Rechargeable Phone Card and at a later stage decide to sign up to the auto top up, this will not be possible on this pin number. You will need to purchase a new pin and select Auto top Up.
Manual top up will mean that you did not select Auto top up. With manual top up you can keep the same pin number. When you want more credit you will visit our website and buy a top up/ recharge. At that point you need to enter your pin number and the amount you want to top up with (£10, £15 or £20). Once payment has been processed the agreed credit will go onto your existing pin number.
On our website, select the Rechargeable Phone Card which best suits your needs. This may be due to the calling rate to your destination, expiry of credit or other fees on the Phone Card type. We sell the Rechargeable Phone Cards in £10 denominations only. Once it is bought your can add credit up to £20. When buying the Phone Card select either Auto Top Up or Manual Top Up. We recommend Auto Top Up because you will never run out of credit or have to visit our website to top your credit up. Once payment has been processed your pin number will be sent to you by email. This will be instant for regular customers. For new customers this may take slightly longer as we may take steps to verify your identity.
