HOW TO SHOP
How to search for a particular phone card.
- From the home page or the best rate finder page either click on the links at the bottom of the page or use the "Best Rate Finder" or "Quick Card Chooser" boxes.
- From any page, you can select the country you wish to call. A list of cards will be displayed showing the calling rates for calling that country. This 'Best Rate Finder' is on the navigation bar at the top of every page.
- Cards can be selected for either UK or Ireland.
- A detailed description of each card can be seen by clicking on the card image. This displays the value of the card, the price, a description and Frequently Asked Questions relating to the card.
How to buy at Phone Card Site
- From the product using either the search facilities or clicking on a text link from all the links at the bottom of every page.
- Select the quantity of cards from the drop down list. Up to 4 cards of the same type an be purchased in one order; then click on the 'Buy' button
- You will be shown the shopping cart containing the added item - you can either then move on to the check out or continue shopping for other items by clicking on 'Continue Shopping' on the button at the bottom of the page.
- If you would like to change the quantity of items for a product, enter the new value in the quantity field and click the 'Recalculate' button.
- When you are happy with your order select the 'Go to payments' button.
- Enter your purchase and delivery details. All required fields are in bold.
- The next page will give you the opportunity to review your purchase and delivery details. When you are happy with these details you can select to pay either using a credit card or cheque.
- To pay using a credit card the click continue. This will bring you to the Secure Payment Page, powered by WorldPay.
- Select your currency and click on the payment method.
- You will be asked to enter your credit card details. After you have reviewed these details you can click submit to purchase the card.
