Delivery

Pin numbers and access numbers are delivered by email. Although not instant for new customers, delivery will be shortly after the order is placed. You will be contacted by telephone when you place your first order. Additional information may be required. If you have not received your pin numbers within 24 hours then retrieve your pin numbers by using the order tracking page. For this you will need, either the order ID and password sent to you or your password and email address. Please note that you can view all your previous pin numbers through the order tracking page.

How to get the best minutes

Dialing from a landline

If you want the entire cost of the phone call to come off your phone card you need to use the 0800 Freephone access number. No charge will be made to the landline phone. This also means you can use your phone card in work without your company’s phone bill being charged. On most phone cards you can make a slightly cheaper international call by dialing the 0845 or 0207 access numbers. In this case the international call will come off your phone card but you will be responsible for the local UK call. This service is useful for customers who have a scheme with their home phone providers that allow them to make free evening and weekend calls. If you have this facility you can dial the 0207 access number for free and your phone card will last longer.

Dialing from a mobile

All access numbers are charged by your mobile phone provider. If you have a mobile phone package with free minutes you can dial the 0207 access number for free whilst in your free minutes. If this is the case, dial the 0207 access, the local UK call will come off your free minutes and the international call will come off your phone card. Once you are out of your free minutes your mobile phone company will charge you to dial the 0207 access as they do the 0800 and 0845 access numbers. If you regularly make international calls from your mobile without the facility of free minutes then you may be better using our international access numbers instead.

Instant PIN Service

Existing customers will receive their PIN numbers and Access numbers instantly via email. They can also be viewed on our Order Tracking system. If it is your first order you may be contacted by telephone to verify your details.

Manufacturer Contacts

Customer Services telephone numbers can be found in the description area for each phone card. Please do not ring the manufacturer if you have not received your pin number. Only contact the manufacturer if you have already received your pin number and are having problems using it.

Refund Policies

You have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after your purchase. If however you chose to use your phone card you lose this right. Accessing the PIN number constitutes use of your card and we cannot cancel your order in this situation. Refunds may only be made where a product does not work correctly and the telecom company providing the service is unable to correct the fault. We reserve the right to provide you with a replacement and to charge you for any calls prior to the fault developing.

Terms and Conditions - Legal Agreement

This legal document serves as an agreement between you (Customer) and The Phone Card Site. Please read it carefully before placing an order and submitting your personal details.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The Service is provided to the Customer under the terms and conditions of this document and any operating rules or policies that may be published by The Phone Card Site. This document supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. By completing the order and/or payment forms and clicking the "Submit" or "Confirm" buttons, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this document.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Phone Card Site is a reseller of prepaid phone cards. Unless there is a special arrangement, The Phone Card Site will only send your purchased phone cards in the form of PINs by e-mail. Although The Phone Card Site has no control over the quality of phone cards sold through its Web site, it will use its best endeavour to help a Customer to obtain a refund of partial refund should the Customer suffer a loss or damage due to defects in performance or non-performance of the prepaid phone cards. After a PIN is received by Customer, liability for loss or theft of the PIN shall be the responsibility of Customer. A refund will be given when an invalid phone card PIN is sent as a result of a system or human error and Customer does not want to receive a replacement PIN. A partial refund will be given under the circumstance of an accidental over charge, the partial refund value being the amount of actual charge made less our then advertised price. The Phone Card Site takes reasonable care to ensure information on our Web site is up to date and accurate. The Phone Card Site makes no warranty, guarantee or representation, either expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, condition or fitness of the information and services provided and the phone card PINs sold through this site. Phone card companies may at any time alter their rates without prior notice and The Phone Card Site has no part in deciding their rates. The Phone Card Site will use your details to send PINs and contact you with new offers and promotions with your prior consent. The Phone Card Site may also provide Customers with a variety of services via the Internet. In consideration for the Service, Customer agrees to:

provide accurate information about Customer where required and
maintain and update this information as required to keep it up to date.

If any information provided by Customer is inaccurate, The Phone Card Site retains the right to terminate Customer's right to use the Service.

3. ORDER FULFILMENT AND CANCELLATION

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between the Customer and The Phone Card Site will take place on the release of the PIN(s) ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment, the identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to the criteria set out in this document

Before a PIN is released, the shopper can cancel an order placed by not making a payment or by canceling a payment at Shopper's own expense.

4. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

The Phone Card Site reserves the right to modify or discontinue any or all of the Service with or without notice to the Customer. The Phone Card Site shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party should The Phone Card Site exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

5. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE

The Phone Card Site may change the terms and conditions of Service from time to time. The Customer's continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative:

acknowledgment by the Customer of this document and its modifications; and
agreement by the Customer to abide and be bound by this document and its modifications.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Customer expressly agrees that use of the Service is at the Customer's sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Phone Card Site makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does The Phone Card Site makes any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service or that defects in the software will be corrected. The subscriber understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at the subscriber's own discretion and risk and that subscriber will be solely responsible for any damage to the subscriber's computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Phone Card Site shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages beyond the contemplation of parties, including but not limited to loss of profits or income, arising directly or indirectly from any action or failure resulting from using the prepaid phone cards bought from The Phone Card Site and shall not be held liable for any surcharges which may be charged by hostels, hotels, or any accommodation providers for use of their phone services. Calls from mobile phones may be subject to a charge from your mobile carrier. Furthermore, The Phone Card Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchase or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the Service or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of Customer's transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if The Phone Card Site has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The above statement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Customer CONDUCT

The Customer is solely responsible for the contents of his or her transmissions through the Service. The Customer's use of the Service is subject to all applicable local, regional, national and international laws and regulations. The Customer agrees:

to comply with UK law regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United Kingdom through the Service; not to use the Service for illegal purposes; not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Service; and
to comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the Service. Customer agrees not to transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature.

The Customer also agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, country, national or international law or regulation.

The Phone Card Site may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate the Service should the Customer’s conduct fail to conform to these terms and conditions of this document.

9. NO RESALE OR COMMERCIAL USE OF THE SERVICE

The Customer's right to use the Service is personal to the Customer. The Customer may only be an individual. The Customer may not be a organisation or other business entity. The Customer agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the Service, without the express consent of The Phone Card Site.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

Within the contemplation of the parties at the time that the contract was entered into the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold The Phone Card Site, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Customer's use of the Service, the violation of this agreement by the Customer, or the infringement by the Customer, or other user of the Service using the Customer's computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

11. PARTICIPATION IN PROMOTIONS OF ADVERTISERS

The Customer may enter into correspondence with or participate in promotions of the Advertisers showing their products on the Service. Any such correspondence or promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such correspondence or promotions, are solely between the corresponding Customer and the Advertiser. The Phone Card Site assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence or promotion.

12. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO CONTENT

The Customer acknowledges that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or email-distributed, commercially produced information presented to the Customer by The Phone Card Site or The Phone Card Site's Advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws; therefore, the Customer is only permitted to use this Content as expressly authorised by the Service or the Advertiser. The Customer may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Content without expressly being authorised to do so by the Service or the Advertiser.

13. TERMINATION

Either the Customer or The Phone Card Site may terminate the Service with or without cause at any time and with immediate effect. The Customer's Termination shall be accompanied by a written notice to The Phone Card Site or by not using his or her account for more than a period of time deemed necessary to keep the account active. The Phone Card Site shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for termination of Service. Should the Customer object to any terms and conditions of this document or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, the Customer's only recourse is to immediately:

discontinue the use of the Service; terminate subscription; and
notify The Phone Card Site of termination.

Upon termination of the Service, the Customer's right to use the Service immediately ceases.

The Phone Card Site retains the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether or not the Customer's conduct is consistent with this document and may terminate the Service if a the Customer's conduct is found to be inconsistent

14. Data Protection

1) We do not send random marketing emails to personal email address
2) Our business system conforms to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 (UK)
3) We do not use cookies on our website to track your viewing habits
